Ok here is the image for brown tatts that was posted in the previous thread.
Please note that I have it here on the head tatt for comparison to the brown on 15k wanderer's. A friend has confirmed that this colour works on normal tatts too, but her's were NEW. So it is possible that tatts crafted before the dye update will NOT dye the same way.

The colour combination is: black + orange + black

Why isn't black dye used in those example pictures?
And if I put both silver and black on top of another color, would those two just counter eachother out and do nothing?

Um, do you have any idea how expensive it would be do to the mixes with Black Dyes for all the charts. If I where to add Black, it would take 9 Dyes per chart, even at the cheapest price I have bought Blacks, 6k, thats 54k per chart just for the Black Dyes.

Black and Silver don't counter each other, it just makes a kind of glossy/shiny Black.

Anyone know which colors would make a: dark sort of sapphire blue, actual white, or light baby blue for the 1.5k Kurzick Monk armor? I've tried Silver + Remover + Silver, and it came out just a very small amount lighter than a straight silver mix. Just looking for a few opinions before I jump back into mixing random dyes, lol.

Have you tried the 3xsilver +1xyellow?
Kurzick armour looks a little too dark to dye white properly, but I'd love for someone to prove me wrong on this one.

Nope, doesn't work. Just tried it since I had the extra money. Mixed Silver + Yellow + Silver + Silver, and got a dye that when applied to the armor came out as a gray, almost the same shade as a single silver.

You can make a very nice crimson with Red + Green + Purple though, which is what i'm wearing at the moment. Blue + Remover = bright purple, and Silver + Blue = a slightly lighter blue than a single blue.

Tested out Silver+Remover in attempt to get a muted gray-tan. Didn't work out too well but it produced an interesting color

I don't know if I like it yet.

Something else I also found is that the Healing Rod (same skin as Holy Rod, but crafted/gotte from collectors) cannot be died. My ankh, which I also got from a collector is also uneffected by dye. Niether consume a vail when one is applied.

Try a red, silver and dye remover combo. I've seen some interesting combo's with that. Or maybe just red and dye remover.

I have a bit of a quandry on dyeable regions, I know there has been some armor that can have one dye applied that effects a certain area of the armor, then if you add a second dye it would dye the part that wasnt previously dyed. Was wondering if I could do it too my Druid Canthan armor....

What i need to know is if i apply silver dye to the armor i already have dyed, will it dye the brown parts i want it to dye? or will it overlap my black dyed area and force me to buy black again? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe a Red+Purple+Silver? I know I have a very vibrant hot pink on my male 15k pyro, so maybe a little silver will tone it down...
